Skip Healy
Musician (Composer) - East Greenwich, RI
     Skip Healy is a master maker and Grammy-nominated player of simple-system wooden flutes, fifes, and piccolos.
     He specializes in Irish folk and American fife music, but incorporates numerous international folk music forms into his compositions as well as elements of classical music.
     Healy provided music for the 2000 release of "The Perfect Storm". He was also featured playing Irish bagpipes (uilleann pipes) at the end of Episode 9 in Showtime's "Brotherhood" in 2006.
     Skip Healy can provide on screen performances as well as behind-the-scenes composition services.
